Our Board

The Board of HeartKids Victoria/Tasmania works in partnership with the CEO to ensure we continue to provide caring support for families with children who have Childhood Heart Disease (CHD).

The role of the Board is to govern, direct and monitor the organisation, to provide good governance, to ensure compliance and to set the strategic direction of the organisation.

More than half of the Board are either parents of heart children or adults with CHD. All Directors are volunteers who contribute their time and experience to serving the HeartKids community.
